To better serve Australian universities and colleges, The Proconsults International has established its own Compliance Department. This department has developed several key forms to streamline the process:

• Student Visa Declaration Form
• Compliance Form
• Parent’s Declaration Form

The Compliance Department thoroughly scrutinizes all relevant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes:

• Academic Records: Verification of students' academic history.
• IELTS Scores: Checking English language proficiency scores.
• Work Experience: Reviewing students' professional backgrounds.
• Financial Documents: Ensuring financial statements meet the necessary requirements.

Only after the compliance team has verified all documents will students be given the opportunity to apply for Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) approval, make fee payments to providers, and apply for their visa.
